13/11/2007 : Christmas Float
The young people, along with their adult helpers, of the 1st Bradley Stoke Scout Group will be bringing the traditional Christmas float to Bradley Stoke during the evenings of 11th– 14th December between 6.30 – 8.30pm, commencing at Kemperley Way and ending at Oak Tree Crescent.
02/11/2007 : Rubbish Art
Over the a few weeks, in September and October 2007, the scouts enjoyed creating pictures and building models from stuff we normally treat as rubbish. The following pictures show the results of our efforts with graffiti art as well as “rubbish” models. The canvasses were recycled and the models speak for themselves!
The Scout section is for boys and girls aged 11-14.
As a Scout you can take part in a wide range of activities. There are a number of Challenge Awards and Activity Badges to earn along the way. Scouts is all about finding out about the world we live in, knowing your own abilities, keeping fit for life and developing creative talents. It’s also important to explore your own values and personal attitudes.
